### Why Bali? Urgency in the 10/40 Window

Indonesia is the largest Muslim-majority country in the world and is within the **10/40 Window**—a region of the earth's latitude that holds the majority of the spiritually unreached population. Bali offers a cultural context that is culturally open and welcoming for service based on love and devotion.

However, this time window does not wait. Land prices in Bali continue to creep up, and education regulations continue to tighten. Every delay means the loss of a golden opportunity to secure a strategic position for future service.

### Four Main Project Pillars that Change Civilization

Through the Phase 1 initiative (2027–2029) on an area of ​​4.5 hectares, the foundation is building four main pillars designed to support each other and support the mission independently (*self-sustaining mission ecosystem*):

1. **Land Acquisition & Bali Global Mission Hub Master Plan**
Initial foundation covering an area of ​​45,000 m² outside the hustle and bustle of Denpasar and Kuta traffic jams, designed with an environmentally friendly integrated layout and independent utility infrastructure.

2. **Construction of BAIS (Bali Adventist International School) Academic Building & Laboratory**
Global standard international school for elementary, middle and high school levels with a capacity of 1,000 students. A place where character is formed, the young generation is educated to be role models ("ten times better"* like Daniel's example), and provides a special 30% discount for congregation families and 25 full scholarships for children of God's servants.

3. **Construction of BAIS Arena (Auditorium & Convention Center 3,000 Seats)**
The first international standard convention facility owned by a church in Indonesia. Responding to the urgent need for venues for major events, youth congresses, graduations and evangelistic crusades without having to continually depend on commercial rented buildings.

4. **Construction of Student Dormitory, Sports Facilities & Integrated Campus Facilities**
Modern dormitory facilities with a capacity of 200 secondary students, complete with a sports complex (gym, swimming pool, open field) and a music and artistic talent development center that enriches the formation of students' souls.

This project is built on the principle of pure stewardship: **No bank debt, no interest charges, and no commercial repayment obligations.**

* **Collaborative Financing Model**: Supported through the worldwide campaign *"One Dollar, One Member"* (Thirteenth Sabbath), major donor philanthropy (ASI International), as well as a Hangzhou-style multi-source tranche.
* **Financial Independence**: School operations are projected to reach *break-even* in Year 2 and generate a sustainable surplus. Every year, 10% of the tithe (*tithe*) is returned through church channels, while other surpluses are reinvested in scholarships and mission expansion.
