1. Nature of Donation

In accordance with charitable laws in Indonesia, all forms of donations that have been successfully paid and entered the Yayasan Jembatan Lintas Kasih account are final and non-refundable, except under the conditions described below.

2. Refund Exceptions

Refunds will only be processed if the following conditions occur:

• A system error from the Payment Gateway (Midtrans) resulting in a double charge on a single donation instruction.
• The donor proves an unauthorized transaction (fraud) made using their credit card without authorization.

3. Refund Claim Procedure

If you meet the exception requirements above, you must submit a refund request within a maximum of 7 (seven) calendar days from the transaction date.

Please send an email to finance@jembatanlintaskasih.org attaching:

• Invoice Number / Order ID.
• Proof of bank mutation or credit card statement.
• Reason for the refund request.

Our finance team will verify your report within 3x24 working hours.
